Terms of Service

The short version. Mawdoo3 is an AI assistant in beta. It can be wrong, so check anything important before relying on it. You're responsible for what you ask it to do. Use it lawfully. You can stop at any time, and so can we.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Golden Square for Website Management LLC (شركة المربع الذهبي لإدارة المواقع الإلكترونية ذ.م.م), a limited liability company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Companies Register no. 41999) ("we", "us"), which operates Mawdoo3. They cover the Mawdoo3 WhatsApp number and Telegram bot, our website and apps, and the assistant we run for you (together, the "Service"). By messaging Mawdoo3, joining, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can use Mawdoo3
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You must also follow the terms of WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you use it on.
3. The Service, the beta and the waitlist
- Mawdoo3 is in beta. Access opens gradually from a waitlist, and until your spot opens you can chat with Mawdoo3 but it will not perform tasks for you.
- Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable.
- The Service is free during the beta. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price in advance, and nothing will be charged unless you agree to it.
4. Your account
Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number, which you confirm with a code when you sign in on our website or app. Give us accurate information, keep your phone and WhatsApp secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity that comes from your WhatsApp account.
5. What your assistant does for you
- Once your spot opens, your assistant can take steps on your behalf, such as researching, drafting, organizing, setting reminders, and using websites and online services to complete what you ask.
- It acts on your instructions. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing its work before relying on it, especially for anything with financial, legal, health or other significant consequences.
- We design it to ask for confirmation before steps with significant consequences, but you remain responsible for the actions you authorize.
- If you save a card, login, ID or note in your vault, each use of it waits for your approval on our vault page, unless you've chosen to always allow that item. You are responsible for what you approve and for what you allow.
6. AI output
Mawdoo3 uses artificial intelligence. Its responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate, and it can misunderstand you. Its output is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Verify important information independently.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or harm anyone;
- send spam or unsolicited messages to others;
- create or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload any system;
- access other people's data or accounts without permission, or interfere with other users or our systems;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- get around limits, safeguards or access controls, or reverse engineer the Service;
- violate the terms or policies of WhatsApp or Telegram.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send to Mawdoo3 and of what it creates for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
9. Our Service
We own the Service and its software, design and brand. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on and interacts with third-party services, including WhatsApp (Meta), AI model providers, and the websites and services your assistant uses for you. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions.

11. Messages from Mawdoo3
You start by joining on our website or app, or by messaging Mawdoo3. After that, we send you messages that relate to your use of the Service, such as replies, waitlist updates, the message telling you your spot is open, and reminders or results you asked your assistant for. We also send the one-time codes you ask for to sign in. Send "stop messaging me" at any time to stop receiving messages, or block the number.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Mawdoo3 at any time and delete your account and data, yourself in your workspace or by asking us (see how to delete your data). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we end the beta or the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you in advance.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Golden Square for Website Management LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover Golden Square for Website Management LLC's reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated terms apply.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Amman, Jordan, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that the law of the country where you live gives you.
